2. About D-Apollo

D-Apollo is a web-based trading education and automation platform operated by Jamesons Tech and powered by the Deriv API. The Platform enables users to learn, analyze, and execute trading strategies through Deriv's infrastructure.

D-Apollo is not a licensed broker, financial advisor, or investment firm. All live trading occurs through the Deriv platform, and users must have an existing Deriv account to execute trades.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to access or use the Platform.

4. Use of the Platform

You agree to use D-Apollo solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable financial regulations. You must not attempt to manipulate, resell, or misuse the Platform's tools, data, or connections.

5. Educational and Analytical Disclaimer

All materials, tools, and bots available on D-Apollo are provided for educational and analytical purposes only.

Past performance or simulated results do not guarantee future outcomes. You acknowledge that trading involves financial risk and you are solely responsible for any trading decisions made through your Deriv account.

6. Account Access

Users access D-Apollo by connecting their Deriv account through the Deriv API. D-Apollo does not have access to users' personal data, balances, or account credentials.

7. Payments and Refund Policy

All payments for courses or premium features are processed securely. Course or subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or explicitly stated.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including course materials, trading tools, and designs, are owned by Jamesons Tech (D-Apollo) and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

D-Apollo shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from:

• Trading activity conducted through Deriv or other third-party platforms.
• Reliance on educational materials or tools provided by D-Apollo.
• System downtime, technical issues, or delays in Deriv's API.

10. Modification of Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
